He began his financial planning career within a local independent financial advice firm and has since been advising clients across a wide range of personal finance areas, including protection, retirement planning and estate planning.

As a veteran himself, Carl has a particular passion for supporting those leaving the Armed Forces, especially individuals navigating medical discharge or Armed Forces Compensation Scheme settlements. This unique perspective allows him to combine technical knowledge with lived experience to deliver clear, empathetic advice.

Outside of work, he found on the golf course or shooting clays,  and more importantly, spending valuable time with his family.
