Starting in administration with a well know insurance provider, he quickly progressed through exams to become qualified to give advice, before making the switch from insurance provider to independent financial adviser.

With an aptitude for IT, he then progressed to Head of Operations with a national independent financial adviser firm, during which time he consistently challenged and developed system integrations and processes to drive business efficiencies and deliver customer satisfaction.

Steve is also the proud father of two young daughters, who already have the better of him and keep him as busy at home as he is in the office.
