Previous roles have included head of policy administration for a large product provider, quality assurance manager for a stock broking firm, as well as various sales support and project management functions in the industry. She qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and attained Financial Planning Certificate 1,2 & 3 and part Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and extended family, and she enjoys gardening and anything involving fabrics and design.
